妙算 Decisive 是一款面向房地产大盘前期方案测算的 SketchUp 插件，将总体规划设计与操盘决策实时结合，帮助决策者在方案阶段快速判断项目的财务表现并快速实施优化。

妙算 Decisive is a SketchUp plugin for early-stage feasibility of large-scale real-estate developments. It fuses masterplan design with operating decisions in real time, so decision-makers can judge a scheme's financial performance while it is still on the drawing board and act on optimizations quickly.

作者李谦，清华大学学士、密歇根大学硕士。自修程序开发。具有解决跨领域问题的能力。曾在万科分支机构担任副总经理、设计总监、总建筑师、项目总经理。具有十余年房地产操盘经验和深刻的行业知识。本项目的开发得到万科、金隅等合作伙伴的项目实战和智力支持。
也期待与更多合作伙伴共同推动房地产行业的数字化转型。

The author, Richard Qian Li, holds a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a master's from the University of Michigan, and is a self-taught developer with a knack for solving cross-disciplinary problems. At Vanke subsidiaries he served as deputy general manager, design director, chief architect, and project general manager, with over a decade of real-estate operating experience and deep industry knowledge. This project was developed with hands-on project validation and intellectual support from partners including Vanke and BBMG (Jinyu).
We also look forward to working with more partners to advance the digital transformation of the real-estate industry.
